One of my favourite tool is Design Sprints.
I believe by allowing business users to understand end users via prototype creates better empathy. Allowing business and design team to learn more about their users in a realistic scenario.
Clarify the objective of the sprint. Understand your business by allowing each stakeholder to share. Create a simplified end-to-end map of the experience together
Share inspiration, divide and sketch the journey. Discuss and remix ideas
Decide on which sketch should be prototyped. Start recruiting testers
Prototype the design for testing. Script writing
Test prototype, Understand the user patterns and gather insights from interviews. Learn and repeat from step 1.
